Hi, I'm Vinoth (Vnoit)

I'm a Lead Consultant at  Thoughtworks in Bengaluru, where I help teams design and ship software that's built to last — from the services underneath to the products people actually use.

Outside of work, I write about what I learn over on my blog, and I teach and mentor people online — from school kids writing their first lines of code to working devs leveling up. If that sounds like you, come hang out on my Code with Vnoit.

My career's taken me across a few industries. I started in Chennai, working on EdTech products before jumping into FinTech with a peer-to-peer lending app, then back to EdTech for a UAE client alongside a white-label OTT product. I joined Thoughtworks while still in Chennai and spent four years on a major Indian bank's web, mobile, and backend systems, relocating to Bengaluru mid-2022 partway through. From there I moved to a cross-border payments platform for a Dubai client, and these days I'm working in energy commerce.

Outside of code, I'm a bit obsessed with color theory and lean on  Coolors to pull palettes for my projects. I also design posters in Figma and share them on X and LinkedIn.
